Armagh City, Banbridge & Craigavon Borough Council offers financial assistance to eligible groups in the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector. Our support seeks to help such groups who can provide services that are aligned to Council priorities for:-

Capital Project Grants 2020-21

The Large Capital Project Fund 2020-21 is expected to open for applications on Tuesday 1st September 2020 for large capital projects commencing before 31st March 2021 (note: projects should not commence before a Letter of Offer from Council is issued). The call is expected to remain open until noon on 31st October 2020, or until the budget is committed, whatever comes first.

The Small Scale Capital Project Fund 2020-21 is expected to open for applications on Tuesday 1st September 2020 for small capital projects, technical assistance for a capital project, or the purchase of equipment. Projects must be fully delivered before 31st March 2021 (note: projects should not commence before a Letter of Offer from Council is issued). The call is expected to close at noon on 2nd October 2020.

Revenue Grants 2020-21 - Call 3 2020/21 (Programme Costs)

Our third call for Revenue Grants opens on Monday 3rd August 2020 and will close for applications on Friday 28th August at 12 noon. Applicants should note the following:

  • applications are only being invited for funding for programme costs in this call, through the following grant programmes:
    • Arts Project Fund
    • Community Development Grants (applications to this programme must have a Covid-19 'recovery' focus)
    • Good Relations Grants
  • we will only fund programmes up to a maximum of 12 sessions delivered over four consecutive months
  • the project delivery period is 1.10.20-31.3.21

Applications for events and core running costs will not be eligible in this call. This situation is constantly under review and calls for applications for events may open in the coming weeks.

Further Information

The above grant programme will open as described above assuming the decision taken by Council to open them is not 'called in'.
